Terms of Service

The legal contract between you and Growpad.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Growpad (“the Service”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you’re entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Growpad is a decision-support tool that connects to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot accounts to identify search-intent clusters driving qualified pipeline. We generate recommendations; you decide whether to act on them.

We do NOT:

  • Execute changes in your connected accounts automatically.
  • Guarantee specific business outcomes from our recommendations.
  • Sell, lease, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you lose access to the email you signed up with, contact support — we can verify your identity through alternate means and restore access, but we cannot recover an account whose owner cannot be authenticated.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect. We process it only to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy). You can export everything at any time from /account/data-export.

We keep raw API payloads for 180 days, normalized data for 1 year, and reports indefinitely until you delete them. Account deletion triggers a 30-day grace window before hard purge.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
  • Use it to analyze data for which you lack authorization.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, confidence gating, or access controls.
  • Resell the Service without written permission.

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate suspension.

6. Fees (Early Access)

Early Access is free for 7 days from signup on the enterprise_pilot plan. The in-app trial banner offers a one-shot self-serve 7-day extension; for anything beyond that, book a call from the same banner or from /pricing. Paid self-serve pricing ships in a later release; we’ll email 30 days before any charge.

7. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not contractually guarantee it for Early Access customers. Enterprise contracts may include a separate SLA.

Maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance via email and in-app banner.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 if no fees were paid (Early Access). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination:

  • Customer data enters the 30-day soft-delete grace window.
  • Customer can still self-export during the grace window.
  • After grace period, data is hard-purged and unrecoverable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We’ll notify customers of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and Customer consents to that jurisdiction.
