Click Sign in, enter your work email, and click the magic link in your inbox (or sign in with Google). First login drops you into the onboarding wizard.

Full product, no limits, no credit card. We’ll email you on day 10 and day 13 with a summary of what your audit found. On day 15 the plan flips to expired, which shows a banner in the app but doesn’t block anything while we’re in Early Access. The banner offers a one-click +7-day extension; after that, book a call to extend further.

• Google Search Console (required) — we read query + page + country + device metrics.
• Google Analytics 4 (required) — session + key-event metrics.
• HubSpot (required) — deal stage names, amounts, close dates. We don’t read contact-level PII by default.

All three are required. The audit chains intent (GSC) → traffic (GA4) → revenue (HubSpot); without the full chain the recommendations would be uselessly generic. You can revoke any connection at any time from the workspace’s /integrations page.

Open the workspace overview page — the progress banner tells you which step is running. If a connector error fired, the banner links to an “Reconnect” action. If nothing is progressing for > 10 minutes, email support@growpad.io with your workspace ID (visible in the URL).

Workspace → Team → Invite. They get an email with a magic link and land in the same workspace. You can change their role or remove them from the same page.

Workspace → Integrations shows each source’s status. Click Reconnect and re-authorize. This is also how you rotate to a different Google or HubSpot account without losing the workspace.

/account/data-export returns a JSON file with everything we hold (GDPR Art 15 + 20).

/account → Delete account. Your data enters a 30-day grace window (you can reactivate by signing back in); after 30 days it’s hard-purged and unrecoverable. If you were the sole admin of a customer, its workspaces also soft-delete and cascade on the same timer.

The Early Access banner inside the app has an Extend 7 days button — one click, no approvals. After you’ve used the one-shot extension the banner pivots to Talk to us → Calendly for a longer pilot.

The page displays a reference code. Email support@growpad.io with that code and we can pull the full stack trace without asking for a browser screenshot.

Early Access: notes go out with the weekly Decision-Brief email. We’ll publish a public changelog + status page before moving to self-serve paid billing.
